TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vehicle Rental Agreement By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. A valid driver's license, valid credit card in your name, and valid email address are required. International licenses must include an English translation or International Driving Permit. All prices are in USD and include the base rental rate. Additional charges apply for optional insurance, GPS devices, additional drivers, young driver surcharges (under 25), and fuel. Taxes and airport facility fees will be charged separately. A security deposit will be placed on your credit card but not charged unless there is vehicle damage. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will be charged in full. Reservations can be modified up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card must be presented at pickup. You must inspect the vehicle and acknowledge any pre-existing damage on the rental agreement. The vehicle will be provided with the fuel level indicated in your reservation. You are responsible for the vehicle from the moment it leaves our location. Additional drivers must present valid identification and be listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle may only be driven on paved, public roads and must not be used for commercial purposes (ride-sharing, delivery, etc.). The vehicle must not be driven off-road or on unpaved surfaces. Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles. You are prohibited from driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, transporting hazardous materials or illegal substances, operating the vehicle with a suspended or invalid driver's license, allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle, renting the vehicle to a third party (subleasing), or traveling outside approved geographic areas without prior authorization. The vehicle must be returned with at least the same fuel level as pickup. If returned below the required level, a refueling fee plus per-gallon charge will be applied. Unlimited mileage is included on all rentals unless otherwise specified. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate or overdue fees. The vehicle must be clean (exterior and interior) at return. Excessive dirt or damage from lack of maintenance will result in additional cleaning fees. All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle. We are not liable for any items left in the vehicle after return. You are financially responsible for all damage to the vehicle (dents, scratches, glass breakage, mechanical damage), damage to tires and wheels, interior stains or odors caused by misuse, loss or theft of the vehicle, and all applicable deductibles if damage waiver is not purchased. Optional Damage Waiver coverage is available for an additional daily fee and reduces your liability but does not eliminate all responsibility. Damage resulting from gross negligence, illegal activity, or off-road use is not covered. You must report any damage within 24 hours of discovery for coverage eligibility. You are responsible for all traffic violations, speeding tickets, and parking violations incurred during the rental period. We may process and pay fines on your behalf and charge you directly. A processing fee will be added to all fines and violations. You are responsible for all toll charges and congestion charges, which will be billed to the credit card on file. You are responsible for all insurance-related matters. We strongly recommend verifying that your personal auto insurance covers rental vehicles, checking if your credit card provides rental car coverage, and considering purchasing our optional Damage Waiver or Supplemental Liability Insurance. If you decline our insurance options, you assume full liability for any damage. You must report any accidents, damage, or incidents immediately (within 24 hours). Failure to report may result in denial of damage waiver coverage. You must cooperate fully with our investigation and provide all required documentation. Police reports should be obtained for any accident involving injuries or significant damage. You may be liable for repair costs pending insurance investigation. 24/7 roadside assistance is available for mechanical breakdowns. Contact our support line immediately if you experience mechanical issues. Do not authorize any repairs without prior approval. Repairs authorized without approval will be your responsibility. We will reimburse reasonable towing and repair costs for vehicle faults not due to misuse. Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. GPS data from rental vehicles may be recorded for security and operational purposes. We may share data with law enforcement if required by legal authorities. By renting, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle, delays or losses caused by vehicle breakdown, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, any claims arising from your violation of these terms, or GPS or navigation system errors or malfunctions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the vehicle is rented. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action. Claims must be filed within one year of the incident. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
